it all started with a simple idea

Fed up with having to email and coordinate with so many different service providers to organise an event, Dave wondered why there wasn't an easier way. With this idea in mind, the concept of an all-in-one events solution was born. Three years into a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery at Otago University he decided to take a 'gap year' and turn his ideas into reality.

With the help of his wife Erin, the concept took off and they decided to focus their full attention on what would eventually become Gravity Events.  Since then, Dave and Erin have assembled a great team behind them and Gravity has been constantly expanding to provide our customers with the ultimate all-in-one events solution.

Dave dropped out of Medical school with just a couple of speakers and a vision to create what would eventually become Gravity Events. With his friendly attitude, passion and hard work, he loves meeting and working with new people. Dave is the overall manager of the Gravity team and is committed to providing the best possible service for clients and events all over the South Island.

ERIN isaacs

Owner/Head Photographer

From as far back as she can remember, Erin has always loved celebrating special occasions. She enjoys helping to transform a client’s plan into reality and prides herself on perfecting every little detail. As well as being Gravity's lead event photographer, Erin also loves Portrait/Wedding Photography and pursues this with our sister brand, Acorn Photography.
